The exceptionally deep purple hues of these uniform small- to medium-sized tubers will command attention whether at the dinner table or at farmers markets. Limited life span in the root cellar: eat ’em up. Moderately resistant to leafroll and potato virus, susceptible to most other diseases including scab. PVP.
