Solanum tuberosum
Early season, yellow skin, yellow flesh.

4 you? 4 me? These big golden beauties are 4 everyone! They were so lovely tumbling out of the hills that, like a little animal, I couldn’t resist taking a bite out of one—even raw it possessed great flavor. Round-to-oval tubers have shallow eyes and floury texture, good for baking and mashing. High yielding and a good keeper.

Drought tolerant and resistant to a wide array of diseases, including but not limited to several nematodes (full Globodera pallida resistance), tuber blight, black leg, rhizoctonia, common scab, bruising and internal rust spot.

We have no suitable substitutions for this variety; if it becomes unavailable, you’ll receive a refund.
